Score Fighting Series 7 Predictions

All the fighters have made the contracted weights and now refueling their bodies for what looks like a great card of fights. The Score Fighting Series is quickly becoming the top promotion in Canada and you can see why by the great match making and great promotion. I wouldn’t say this card is stacked but there are some great fights on it and be prepared for some fireworks. Below you have my thoughts on handful of fights I’m interested in watching.
Jordan Mein vs. Forrest Petz
With both fighters finding success in the SFS cage in the past I see this fight as a good fight for Mein with the fallout of Strikeforce and staying active. But the Young gun should be too much for the much 14 year older Petz. My prediction is Mein by TKO.
Jesse Ronson vs. Ryan Healy
London Ontario fighter Jesse Ronson looks to have moved quickly up through Canadian MMA scene and is turning heads. The Adrenaline training Centre product has now been matched up against a much more experienced Team Quest fighter Ryan Healy. With both fighters known to be strong strikers I see this fight standing the whole time and Ronson getting the Decision Win.
William Romero vs. Tristan Johnson
Will this fight continue on where it left off last time these two entered the cage? These two each other on the Inaugural SFS card in June of 2011 where Johnson got the Unanimous decision win. Romero has been looking for this rematch since the last one ended. I suspect we see a different Romero out there and this time will be too much for the Nova Scotia native. I’m going to have to go with the Hometown Kid. Romero with the Decision.
Alex Ricci vs. Kevin Morin
Alex Ricci with a current 5-1 record and his only loss coming this past summer at SFS 5 in this very same venue against Jesse Ronson will be out to prove that the loss to Ronson is only a blip on his record. I would suspect we will be treated to see in Ricci back in great form as likely will out strike his opponent. I’m going with Ricci by KO
Elias Theodorou vs. Ali Mokdad
This match up here intrigues me and I think you could see fight of the night written on this match. Ali Mokdad has been around for a little bit and fighting on top promotions has won over last year’s Bellator light heavyweight finalist Andreas Spang at Maximum Fighting Championships Event at Caesars Windsor. Elias Theodorou is no joke and quickly has amassed a very impressive in with a 5-0 record with fights already in the Bellator cage and makes his third trip to the SFS cage. My prediction is Ali Mokdad by Decision
